随着经济发展及健康意识的增强,轻食作为一种时尚饮食方式受到广大消费者的热烈追捧;据iiMediaResearch(艾媒咨询)数据显示,2023年中国消费者食用轻食的频率升高,有52.4%的消费者每周食用轻食3~4次,75.8%的消费者每周至少吃一次轻食,轻食产品行业市场潜力巨大,正迎来前所未有的创业发展契机。轻食产品以其低G1、低卡、低脂、低糖、高纤维的特点,迎合了现代人,尤其是三高、糖尿病患者、肥胖体重管理群体对健康饮食的需求。
据中国食品安全网相关数据统计,2020年健康食品市场规模突破了8000亿元,预计2025年中国健康食品市场规模将达到11408亿元,可预见轻食行业会迎来新一轮大规模的用户增长。抢先布局赛道的企业和资本认为,如果传统轻食的市场规模有1500亿,进入到全品类的新轻食赛道,市场规模将至少有1.5万亿。
